Refund Policy

At Zestful Outreach Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality IT and digital services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be provided.

1. Service Guarantee

If any completed task, guest post, or delivered service is removed within one (1) year from the date of delivery, we will:

  • Re-do the task at no additional cost, OR
  • Provide a suitable replacement service, OR
  • Issue a full refund if replacement is not possible.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after work has started or been completed
  • Delay caused by client-side approvals or materials
  • Issues arising from third-party platform policy changes
  • Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client

3. Cancellation Policy

  • If a project is canceled before work begins, a full refund may be issued.
  • If canceled after work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
